 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
 1 ½ cups milk
 3 medjool dates, pitted
 ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp turmeric powder
 dash of black pepper
 1 piece of ginger
 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  cup chia seeds
Directions

Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Place in a bowl then stir in the chia seeds.

Chill in the fridge overnight to thicken.

In the morning top with fresh fruits of choice or enjoy as is.
