Cinnamon Baked Pears

Such a perfect snack idea for falltime
Pears and cinnamon are so lush at this time of year! These pears are baked for 25 minutes with maple syrup, cinnamon and mixed nuts.
It would make an excellent breakfast or mid-afternoon snack or even a healthy go-to fall time dessert!

My 3 kids loved it!! My eldest Noah thought it tasted like apple pie!! I mean who doesn't love apple pie!
How to make
Preheat oven to 375f/190 c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place pears on the baking sheet and use a scoop/melon baller or teaspoon to core out the seeds.
Arrange pears facing up. Sprinkle them evenly with cinnamon and fill the empty middles with crushed mixed nuts Drizzle with syrup.
Bake pears for about 25 minutes or until soft and browned on the edges. Remove and pierce with a fork to see if they're baked through. If not, bake for another 10 minutes
5. Serve warm with yoghurt. Enjoy
