Plan A: Beginners

 

  • Complete the daily workouts x1 on the printout.
  • Aim to walk 30-60 mins per day

 

Plan B: Intermediate

  • complete the daily workouts x 2 on the printout
  • Aim to walk 30-60 mins per day
  • Stars & Stripes bonus workout x3 days per week
