Let’s take a whole different spin on self-care!
Self-care is so much more than bubble baths and lattes and face masks. Self-care is truly doing the things that allow you to take CARE of yourSELF so that you’re loved, happy and healthy!
So while smoothies and getting your sleep in does fall under that category, we’re here to do the things we don’t always want to do because we KNOW it’s what’s best for us!
Today, let’s talk about how eating healthy is self-care.
I know it’s not as fun as going for weekly massages, but here’s the thing. We only have one body. This body is our home. Who doesn’t want to feel good?
Who doesn’t want to feel happy, energized, and healthy? All of us want to feel that way, right? It starts with what we put into our bodies. So even though it’s hard sometimes to choose to eat zucchini instead of white rice, or have oatmeal for breakfast instead of a doughnut, self-care is taking care of ourselves and that means doing the hard thing because it’s the best thing! . Choose YOU today and eat healthily!
