Let's talk about: Non-Scale Victories!


Weight loss victories are easy to see, right? We get on the scale, the number is lower, we celebrate! Yay! 


But there are so many other ways that we get to WIN on this health and wellness journey that can’t be quantified on the scale! Some examples of non-scale victories are:


  • Stronger to lift heavier weights
  • Clothes are fitting looser
  • Skin is clearer
  • Better digestion
  • Sleeping better
  • More energy throughout the day
  • Fewer mood swings & anxiety
  • Increased confidence
  • A more positive outlook on life


Aren’t victories like this way more fun and exciting than just a number on the scale??
