Here are six scrumptious summer sip shake recipes to cool off with.

One - Aloha Beach Body

 

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve

 

1 cup of pineapple

1 cup of strawberries

One frozen banana

1 cup of coconut yoghurt

1/3 pineapple juice

1/4 cup water

*scoop of fav protein powder

TWO - BERRIES ON THE BEACH

 

1/2 cup pineapple

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup water

1/2 cup coconut water

*scoop of fav protein powder

THREE- MAKE SOME WAVES FROSE

 

2 cups watermelon

1/2 cup cucumber

1 lime, juiced

2 cups coconut water

3 fresh mint leaves

a handful of ice cubes

*add 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder!

 

FOUR - TROPICANA SUNRISE

1-1/2 cups mango

1 cup Strawberries

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup orange juice

1 cup coconut water

1 cup coconut yoghurt

*add 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder!

FIVE -SEAS THE DAY DRINKER

 

1 cup frozen peaches

1 cup pineapple

1 frozen banana

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tsp coconut flakes

*add 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder!

 

SIX - Melon MERMAID MIXER

 

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup honeydew

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp coconut flakes
